KARATZIS Bale Netwrap is manufactured with state-of-the-art Raw Materials and a unique manufacturing process which makes it the best solutions for trouble free baling. Recognized by Farmers and Contractors worldwide, has proven to consistently deliver all the performance criteria a farmer or contractor demand. KARATZIS Bale Netwrap is subject to regular DLG monitoring tests which is performed on all saleable balers worldwide as well as checked for technical specifications requirements. More exact details you will find in our DLG-accredited report www.dlg-test.de It provides with full, consistent and uniform bale coverage while achieving a fast baling process. It is suitable for all crops (silage, hay, straw, cornstalk, maize) and works under all weather conditions.

REDUCED FEED PRODUCTION TIME The silage net has been designed to optimize the tying process with twine round balers. The use of a silage net instead of twine made it possible to increase the speed of tying the bale by almost 4 times! The average time for tying a bale with twine is about 60 seconds at 20 bale revolutions. When using a silage net, only 2 - 3 turns are needed, which take place in no more than 15 seconds. When working with a net, the baler can start making the next bale much earlier than when working with twine, which significantly increases the interchangeable bale output. This time saving, which increases the productivity of the baler, is a huge benefit in bad weather conditions when you need to finish harvesting on time! The advantages of increasing the speed of work are obvious, but there are many hidden advantages that cannot be achieved with twine wrapping, namely: improving the quality, namely increasing the density, tightness of the wrapping of the cylindrical surface of the baled feed. FUEL ECONOMY By reducing the process time for wrapping and the number of revolutions required to strap a single bale, the non-productive time for wrapping a bale is reduced by 75%. These huge time savings are directly related to fuel savings, as during the tying process the baler cannot pick up the next bale in parallel, thus wasting fuel. The use of the strapping net allows you to move on in 15 seconds, which means savings in daily fuel consumption and an increase in the number of strapped bales per liter of fuel used. BEST FEED PROTECTION The dense coverage of the entire surface of the bale significantly increases the protection of the packaged feed from all weather influences, which reduces its loss. A more accurate finished bale of the correct cylindrical shape is wrapped tightly and without punctures with agro-stretch film and is easily transported, which ensures a reduction in the loss of harvested feed Compared to twine, rolls wrapped in a net are better preserved even in an open area, because the surface of the rolls is tightly pressed with a mesh, which prevents the penetration of precipitation and air. Therefore, less waste and better quality of silage - less feed costs and more return on investment. The use of a net for tying bales excludes the possibility of residual strapping material getting into animal feed compared to the use of twine. This net benefit is very important for the health of the animals

On the average it is 250 - 300 rolls of a forage at winding in 2,5 - 3 turns of a grid.

The number of rolls of feed from a roll of agro - stretch film depends on the settings of the baler (number of layers, film tension). On average, up to 30 rolls of feed are obtained from one roll of agrostretch film.

The use of stretch film is appropriate if the population of 20 (open bale is desirable to feed in 1-2 days). If the number and productivity of equipment for harvesting haylage in stretch film is not enough (a large amount of harvesting), this method can be used as a backup: when the pit is full and the green mass in the field is still there; when the volume of green mass is not enough to bookmark in the pit; when weather conditions do not allow to fill a pit or mound in the allotted time; for harvesting animals for fattening.
