Beet pulp

Beet pulp

Beet pulp is a by-product of sugar production, which is obtained during the processing of sugar beets. For animal breeders, the pulp is profitable at a low price cost, high nutritional value and naturalness.Beet pulp is valuable fodder for livestock. It contains necessary vitamins, useful
trace elements Carbohydrates are quickly absorbed, and proteins have a good effect on the growth of young animals and the productivity of adult cattle. Important Factors affecting the quality of fodder during storage are the degree of tamping and tightness. Therefore, for long-term storage
put fresh pulp in polymer sleeves.

Beet pulp: valuable fodder for livestock

Beet pulp is a valuable feed for cattle, which contains the necessary vitamins and useful trace elements. Carbohydrates in the pulp are quickly digested, and proteins contribute to the growth of young animals and increase the productivity of adult cattle. Important factors affecting the quality of fodder during storage are the degree of tamping and tightness. For long-term storage, beet pulp is placed in polymer sleeves.

Advantages of storage technology in polymer sleeves:

  • Small section of the sleeve: allows you to observe the required selection speed.
  • Selection of raw materials: the ability to store any type of feed in the sleeve.
  • The location of the sleeve: the organization of the site does not require large labor costs.
  • Low capital costs: you can pack as much as you need, rather than as much as storage space allows.
  • High productivity: the sleeve is filled as quickly as possible, which minimizes the impact of air on the feed.
  • Shelf life: up to a year without reducing the nutritional value of the feed.

The process of harvesting with a silage press:

1. The mass goes to the rotor, which feeds it into the press tunnel and is unloaded on the deposit table.
2. The loaded mass on the conveyor moves to the pressing rotor.
3. The rotor pushes the fodder through the tunnel into the polymer sleeve (the silage mass is pressed).
4. After complete filling, the bag is immediately sealed.

The process of procurement by a screw-type packer:

1. With the help of a telescopic loader, the mass is fed into the receiving hopper of the packer.
2. Feed is rammed into a polymer sleeve with the help of an auger, which is put on the tunnel.

“IDEA-UKRAINE” LLC provides professional services for procurement of polymer sleeves.
