1. General provisions
The limited liability company “IDEA-UKRAINE” (hereinafter – the Company) adheres to the principles of confidentiality and integrity of information received from the company’s customers in the framework of the provision of services for the sale of goods and services (hereinafter – the Services).
The company guarantees the preservation of information with limited access and the protection of personal data of users of services and buyers of goods (hereinafter – Users), including when using the Company’s official website https://idea-ua.com (hereinafter – the Site), mobile applications, customer service chats, the Company’s pages in messengers and social networks.
The privacy policy (hereinafter – the Policy) is aimed at publicly informing Users about the procedure for collecting, processing, storing, transferring personal data and information provided as part of the Company’s operation, using the website https://idea-ua.com
By cooperating with the Company (meaning purchasing goods and ordering services), and continuing to use the Site, the User agrees to all the rules and conditions of the Policy.
2. Collection of personal data
2.1. Personal data – information or a set of information about the User who is identified or can be specifically identified. Non-personalized information – information that is not linked to a specific Service User. Personal data processed by the Company includes: contact data provided by Users when cooperating with the Company (surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, e-mail addresses, etc.); information used to pay for goods and services; numbers and order history, etc.
2.2. Information is provided during the User’s contacts with the Company, including using the Site, mobile applications, advertising in social networks, etc. Data is transferred by Users voluntarily in order to ensure the Company’s ability to fulfill its obligations regarding goods and services.
3. Subject of the Privacy Policy
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligation of the Administration of the site https://idea-ua.com regarding the non-disclosure of personal data that the User provides at various requests of the Administration of the site (for example, when registering on the Site, placing an order, filling out a feedback form, using services “Order a call”, “Leave a request”, “Send a request”, etc.).
3.2. Personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling out special forms on the Site and may contain the following information: User’s last name, first name, patronymic; the User’s contact phone number; e-mail addresses (e-mail); the User’s place of residence and other data. The administration of the site also makes efforts to protect Personal data that are automatically transmitted in the process of visiting the pages of the Site: IP addresses; information about the browser (or other program that accesses the site); access time; addresses of visited pages; referrer (previous page address) etc.
3.3. Any other personal information not discussed above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is not subject to intentional disclosure.
4. Cookies and mobile identifiers
4.1. As part of the operation of its Site, the Company may collect certain information using technologies such as cookies, pixels and local storage (in the User’s browser or mobile device). 5. Purposes of collecting the User’s personal information
5.1. The Company will process the User’s personal data for the purpose of implementing business relations.
6. Period of storage of personal data
6.1. Personal data must be stored and processed on appropriately secured servers for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, including legal
and, tax and accounting obligations, and marketing and reporting purposes.
6.2. In the case of data processing for the purpose of concluding and executing an agreement, the data is processed until the termination or expiration of the agreement.
6.3. In the case of data processing for the purpose of fulfilling the Company’s legal obligations arising from the current legislation of Ukraine, the data is processed until the termination of the agreement and after its termination no longer than during the period arising from legally justified interests or requirements of the law (processing in statistical and settlement purposes, consideration of claims).
6.4. Personal data related to cookies are stored for a period corresponding to their life cycle or until the User deletes them independently.
7. Transfer of personal data
7.1. On the basis of the current regulations on the protection of personal data, the Company may provide data to the following subjects:
7.1.1. Third Party Service Providers: The Company may use services provided by third parties (such as postal operators, carriers, courier services, etc.) to provide certain elements of its Services. Such third parties do not have the right to use personal data of Users for their own purposes. Processing of personal data by third parties is carried out exclusively at the request of the Company for a specific purpose, in accordance with the Company’s instructions.
7.1.2. Law enforcement agencies and other regulatory agencies: The Company reserves the right to exchange information with government agencies in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation for the following purposes: protection against fraud and abuse; investigation of a possible violation of the law of Ukraine or other alleged violations of the User Agreement.
7.2. The Company may provide personal data of Users at the request of relevant authorities, provided that such requests are submitted in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation. According to the Privacy Policy, the Company undertakes not to provide any personal data of the User in the remaining cases and not to sell them.
8. Information protection and data security
8.1. Confidential information, personal data and non-personalized information are stored on the Company’s internal resources. Adequate measures are taken to protect information on the Company’s web resources, but please note that there is no absolutely safe and error-free way of data transmission over the Internet.
8.2. The company is not responsible for the functioning of servers, providers of Internet access services, the work of third parties, due to whose fault access to the Site may be impossible or limited, possible leakage of information due to the fault of third parties, as well as for the User’s disclosure of his personal data in mobile applications , applied software interfaces and applications.
8.3. Information posted on the Company’s web resources is protected by current legislation governing intellectual property rights. Duplication, translation, recording in the archive, copying to other electronic media of the posted information is prohibited.
9. Users’ rights related to the processing of personal data
9.1. Current provisions on privacy protection grant the User the following rights related to the processing of personal data: the right to access their personal data (clause 3, part 2, article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”); the right to make a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of personal data by any owner and administrator of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable (clause 6, part 2, article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”); the right to enter a reservation on the restriction of the right to process one’s personal data when giving consent (item 10 part 2 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”); the right to transfer information about a natural person with the consent of the subject of personal data (clause 1 of Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”); the right to present a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of his personal data (clause 5, part 2, article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”); the right to protection against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him (clause 13 part 2 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”); the right to file complaints about the processing of one’s personal data with the Commissioner or the court (item 8, part 2, article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”); and other rights in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.2. Each User who has given his consent to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of using the Services available on the Site has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect compliance with the legislation of Ukraine on the processing of personal data, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

10. User Consent
10.1. In accordance with the Law, the User’s agreement to the terms of this Policy means that he voluntarily gives the Company his consent to the processing of his personal data in electronic form and/or in the form of files of personal data of clients of the business entity for the purpose of implementing relations in the field of economic activity.
10.2. This Privacy Policy applies to the User from the moment when, during the use of the Site, he agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy when transferring his personal data and until as long as any information about the User, including personal data, is stored on the Site.
11. Additional information
11.1. The Company reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy. In this case, relevant changes will be made to the electronic version of this Policy posted on the Site.
