Doser-applicator DMK-01 is designed for uniform application of water-soluble biological preservatives during feed preparation. The equipment is easily mounted on various fodder-harvesting equipment – combines, balers, pick-up trailers, flattened grain and corn packers.

DMK-01 is equipped with a special remote control with a monitor that displays preservative consumption indicators. This allows the operator to control the process of introducing the inoculant into the mass without leaving work.

The capacity for the preservative can be 100-150-200 liters, which affects the frequency of refilling the dispenser. The consumption of preservative is regulated in the range from 10 to 100 liters per hour depending on the number of installed nozzles.

Thus, the dispenser-applicator DMK-01 from “Idea-Ukraine” LLC ensures accurate and uniform introduction of biological preservatives during feed harvesting, simplifying the operator’s work and increasing the conservation efficiency.

Dispenser-applicator DMK-01 is equipped with the following components:

• 100 liter preservative tank
• 12 V pump made in the USA
• Coarse cleaning filter to remove dirt and foreign particles
• Nozzle with removable filter
• Electronic flow meter for accurate dosing
• The control unit with an informative display displaying the current preservative consumption in liters per hour is installed in the operator’s cabin. It allows you to turn on the equipment and smoothly adjust the dosage of the working solution.

  The set of wires consists of:

• The power cable is 7 meters long
• Power cable 1 meter long
• Rubber hose 5 meters long
• All elements are mounted on a strong metal frame, which is placed in a protective metal box.

The scope of application of the dispenser-applicator DMK-01 is not limited to the application of preservatives during feed preparation.
