Inoculant 11B91 Rapid React ® contains live strains of lactic acid bacteria:

• Lactobacillus buchneri LN4637 / ATCC PTA-2494.

• Lactobacillus buchneri LN7125 / NRRL B-50733.

• Lactobacillus рlantarum LP287 / ATCC 55058.

• Lactobacillus рlantarum LP329 / ATCC 55942.

Total number of lactic acid bacteria ≥ 1.10 × 10 11 CFU/g*.
